My heart longs for the freedom
That only you can give,
Let me understand Lord,
You died that I might live

Break every chain that binds me
In the power of Jesus’ name.
From the sin that binds me captive,
Jesus let me live again.

It was my sin that took you
To the cruel cross of shame,
You took my guilt, you paid the price,
That I might live again.

Now my heart is yours Lord,
And my hands to you I raise.
I give you all my thanks,
